Ireland's Sinead kane has become the world's first visually-impaired athlete to complete the world Marathon Challenge of seven Marathons in Seven Continents in 7 days.
kane has only 5% vision, started this challenge with his guide runner in Antarctica on January 23, before progressing to Chile, USA, Spain and Dubai. Kane has joint-first in Asia and sixth in Australia.
